1. What is your favorite way to exercise? Why do you enjoy it so much?

 

My favorite way to exercise nowadays is honestly nothing. I don't really enjoy working out and I just like to relax all the time since my job is quite physically demanding. I enjoy putting my feet on a foot massage machine and stretching my neck and shoulders sometimes.

Before COVID-19, I used to have some classes to learn ballet, dancing, pilates and yoga for fun. Also, I used to swim after work to improve my physical health almost every day.

 

2. Do you need any special equipment to go cycling?

 

Back in the days, I didn't need any special equipment to go cycling when I used to ride a bicycle, but it's a must to wear a helmet and some protection equipment here. One thing I heard recently was quite interesting and a bit scary. Some birds, called Magpie, attack your head if you don't put a helmet on while riding a bicycle, so you really need to put it on.

 

3. Share some tips for how busy people can still get some exercise.

 

Walking is an ideal form of exercise for busy people since you can walk regardless of time and place. Many people walk their dog to get an early start to their fresh morning and it's good for both your mental and physical health.

You can look up some videos on Youtube and applications to get some help and guidance for home workouts, and they know all the ins and outs of it. Some applications are really interesting that have their own curriculum and easy guide videos on it. I also tried some exercise apps for dancing and squats at home. Flanking and squatting is good for your health and very handy to keep doing at home and I recommend it too. You can do it briefly whenever you have time.
