What is the biggest difference between how others see you and how you see yourself?

 

I think people often don’t realize how strong I am, both mentally and physically.

From the outside, I might seem calm, quiet, or even a bit fragile.

Some might think I avoid challenges or stick to what feels safe.

But I see myself very differently.

 

I’ve faced tough situations that have tested me, and I’ve learned to stay strong and keep going.

Even when things get hard, I know how to push through and come out stronger.

I don’t always share these moments, so others might not see this side of me.

 

Physically, I also have more endurance than people might expect.

Whether it’s staying consistent with my routines, swimming, or committing to long-term goals, I know I can handle a lot.

 

This difference in how others see me and how I see myself reminds me that everyone has hidden strengths.

For me, I know I’m stronger than I appear, and I hope, over time, others will notice this too.
