Determining whether someone is an introvert or an extrovert involves understanding their behavior, preferences, and reactions to social situations.

Introversion and extroversion are two ends of a personality spectrum first popularized by Carl Jung, a Swiss psychiatrist, in the early 20th century.

While most people exhibit traits of both, they tend to lean more toward one side.

 

I identify as an introvert, and this aspect of my personality influences many areas of my life.

I find solace and rejuvenation in the tranquility of my own company and the comfort of my home.

Large social gatherings and excessive chatter are not my preferences.

Instead, I enjoy deep, meaningful conversations with a select few individuals.

As a thoughtful and introspective person, I often need time to process and reflect on my experiences and emotions.

 

I do not seek the spotlight or crave attention.

I am content to observe and listen rather than speak.

This doesn't mean I am anti-social, but I am selective about who I share my thoughts and feelings with.

I am a loyal and supportive friend, and I value the relationships I have with the few people who truly understand me.
