Q020. What is the first thing you do when you wake up in the morning?

아침에 일어나서 가장 먼저 하는 일은 무엇인가요?

 

The first thing I do when I wake up in the morning is to put my playlist on my phone.

This includes my own voice recording for self affirmation, which was too cringey to record and listen to at the beginning but I got used to now.

Inspiring audiobooks and speaking practice audios in English are also on the list.

All of these allow me to remind myself of my priorities and my goals so keep me on the track.

I might have sounded a bit crazy about success and goals but I would admit I am kind of obsessed with the law of attraction in recent months.

I wasted my time back in the day and literally time flew too quickly year by year in my 30s so I decided to live my life differently, spending time like a high school senior who is at the last minute before the big test.

I am still adjusting in some parts of it but almost settling down since late last year.

The second thing I do in the morning for my daily life is of course getting ready to work.

Making a bed, getting in the bathroom and starting to brush my teeth are my kicks off for it.

After that, have a shower, get dressed and put my makeup on. That's all. Ready to get to work.

They always take a shower first thing after they wake up.

It makes them refreshed for the day, and also gives them time to think about what they have to do that day.

Recently, I added three more missions a day for writing practice and now nearly 3 weeks have passed.

Actually I have been giving it a deep thought about reducing other missions on the lists to save time but I couldn't give up on any of them.

I compromised myself and then reduced the frequency of some of them per week.

I am very satisfied with seeing my partner’s happiness.

He was very happy with my achievements and being well today.

This makes my day and I appreciate being in this lovely vibe.
