Q019. What do you like doing on your days off?

쉬는 날에 무엇을 하는 것을 좋아하나요?

 

On my day off, I mostly spend time doing daily tasks on my to-do list, but I wouldn’t say that is the thing I like doing most on my day off.

Of course I enjoy doing them as my everyday routines, but I prefer catching up on my sleep or relaxing than doing busy things all the time.

I love sleeping in, eating tasty foods, meeting up with my friends, eating out somewhere fancy and new and chilling out.

When I was in my home country, I used to play computer games with friends a lot, go to coin karaoke almost every second day, go to cafes or convenience stores with friends talking for hours late at night whenever I had time.

Although I am missing these, it rarely happens nowadays, maybe once a year.

Now after Covid19 outbreak, I decided to spend most of my time learning English and being productive instead of being depressed.

The author’s answer for this question.

They like to spend time in a library.
They love picking up books and not being disturbed.
They learn so much at the library.

For me, I used to go to a library alone when I had time and spend time writing, maybe years ago, but nowadays I don’t write that much and almost all my time is about English English, plus work.

Today’s gratitude diary.

I am doing great at work and people around me are supportive and reliable.

All these things make me happy and allow me to forget negative stuff in the corner.

I slept sound and had a lovely breakfast, avocado toast this morning so I am fully content with my status now.
