1. What are some things you do to manage your weight?
I don't really do anything special to manage my weight but I try to control my sleep hours if I am losing too much weight. When I sleep too short, I quickly lose weight and become dehydrated.
2. What makes obesity so dangerous? Do you think people are too sensitive about it?
The main reason obesity is dangerous is various complications arising from obesity. Adult diseases with obesity are prone to adult diseases such as diabetes, high blood pressure, and coronary artery disease. It also poses a major threat to various cancer and joint diseases.
People seem to be more sensitive about their weight because it is directly related to their appearance and self-confidence in their daily lives as well as health problems.
3. Think of some other common but serious health issues. How can they be prevented?
Cancer, diabetes and heart disease are common and serious health issues.
All diseases begin with too much stress. Maintaining a positive mindset and healthy lifestyles is the best solution for your health. There is no quick fix for the health issues. You can help prevent diseases by maintaining proper weight and waist circumference, increasing physical activity through regular exercise, having meals on regular time with a balanced diet, and checking risk factors through regular checkups.
