250628SAT: Q1195
Have you ever talked to yourself as if there was a real person?
실제 사람이 있는 것처럼 혼잣말을 해본 적이 있나요?
I usually don’t talk to myself, but sometimes I say short things when I’m alone.
저는 보통 혼잣말을 하지 않지만, 가끔 혼자 있을 때 짧은 말을 하곤 합니다.

250628SAT: Q1195
Have you ever talked to yourself as if there was a real person?
I wouldn’t say that I usually talk to myself as if there’s a real person around, but I can’t say I’ve never done it either.
Most of the time, I’m quiet and keep my thoughts in my head.
But occasionally, especially when I’m surprised or frustrated, I might say a short phrase out loud.
It’s more like a quick reaction than a proper conversation.
However, there have been rare moments when I found myself talking through a problem or repeating something I needed to remember, especially when I was alone.
For example, if I’m trying to prepare for a presentation or remember a to-do list, I might say it out loud just to hear how it sounds.
But I don’t usually hold full conversations with myself or pretend that someone else is there.
That feels unnatural to me.
I think some people talk to themselves more openly and find it helpful, like thinking out loud to organize their thoughts.
I understand that, but for me, most of my thinking happens silently.
My inner voice is quite active, but it rarely comes out in spoken words unless I’m practicing something specific.
So, to answer the question, yes, maybe I have done it a few times, but it’s not a regular habit for me.
It usually happens when I’m deeply focused, stressed, or just trying to get through something quickly on my own.
