어떻게 하면 신경 안 쓰는 마음을 가질 수 있을까요?

I try to care less by focusing on what makes me happy and peaceful.

저를 행복하고 평온하게 만드는 것에 집중하면서 덜 신경 쓰려고 노력합니다.

How to feel like you don’t care?

 

For me, it’s not about completely shutting off emotions or pretending that nothing affects me.

It’s more about learning how to manage my energy and choosing where to place my focus.

 

I remind myself that not everything deserves my energy.

Not every comment, situation, or opinion needs a reaction.

I try to save my emotional strength for the things and people that truly matter in my life.

When I start to feel anxious, irritated, or bothered by something small or out of my control, I pause for a moment and breathe.

That short pause helps me reset.

 

Sometimes, negative thoughts or bad emotions just appear out of nowhere.

In those moments, I try to stay calm and gently shift my attention to something more positive.

I don’t really have a perfect method for not caring, but I’ve learned how to redirect my energy.

Instead of forcing myself to ignore something, I try to think about things that make me happy or excited.

It could be a future plan I’m working on, a small success from earlier that day, or even something simple like the feeling I get after a good swim.

 

So in the end, it’s not about not caring at all.

It’s about caring less about what doesn’t help me grow and more about what brings peace and joy into my life.
