What am I afraid of?
I don’t usually think about my fears because it takes too much energy.
But when I do, I realize that my biggest fear is losing something important to me.
This could be relationships, time, or even opportunities.
Losing these things makes me feel stressed and anxious.
I am afraid of missing out on important opportunities.
Whether it's in my career or personal life, I worry about making wrong choices and missing something that could have changed my life.
This fear often leads me to overthink my decisions.
I also fear wasting time.
Time is something you can’t get back, and I worry about not using it wisely.
The idea of looking back and feeling like I didn’t make the most of it scares me.
Lastly, I’m afraid of wasting energy.
Whether it’s emotional or physical, I don’t like putting effort into things that don’t bring results. This makes me cautious about how I spend my energy.
All of these fears are connected to losing something, but I try not to let them control me. They remind me of what’s important in life and push me to live more thoughtfully.
