Have you had any moment when you suddenly felt like crying without any reason?

 

Yes, I think so.

Sometimes you feel lonely or sad without any reason.

Girls usually become like that when they have a period.

Technically they have reason but everyone thinks they become emotional without any reason.

Sometimes they become very grumpy or depressed but it's from hormonal reasons so that's actually from some internal reasons but it doesn't seem like there is reason in other people's view.

I am emotional and sensitive so I easily cry with many reasons but I don't often feel like crying without reasons.

 

Today's gratitude diary.

I appreciate that I am halfway through the second goal now and the first test will be next Tuesday.

I am looking forward to finishing the test next week.

I keep running my routines late but I am still happy that I can make time for this.
