Do you love yourself?

Yes, I love myself.

I believe self love is not an option but mandatory for your life.

You should be the first person who loves yourself and that is the key point to staying happy.

I wonder if there is anyone who would answer no for this question, I will be sad and sorry for them.

I hope everyone loves themselves even if society makes you feel you are never good enough and some situations make you feel depressed.

I wanted to write longer than this but I don't know what else I can write about this.

Sometimes, I make a stupid mistake and feel a bit down though, still I love myself, no matter what happens, I will.

Today's gratitude diary.

I appreciate that I had a lovely day and a beautiful dinner tonight.

I feel so lucky and blessed today from many things even though I don't feel confident enough on some plans.

I am grateful for people caring and loving, especially Isaac helping me a lot.
