How much time can you spend for yourself per day?

 

Technically, I think I spend almost all the time for myself per day.

I work for someone else to make money but it's not only for my boss but also for myself to make money for living.

I believe everything I do for other people is also for myself, so that means I am always spending all my time of the day for myself.

If this question is only about my spare time and no one can be related to the spare time, then the time only for myself would be around 5 hours per day excluding my sleep hours if I don't have any appointments or plans with other people.

I usually work for 8 to 9 hours a day, recently I've spent 6 to 8 hours sleeping, then 7 to 10 hours left on the day.

After that, I look after house chores and do miscellaneous things for a couple hours, so roughly 5 to 7 hours are totally for myself.

The reason why I can write this accurately about every hour of my day is because I write literally everything happening to me almost every single second.

I have been spending most of my spare time doing my English study routines in recent years, but in recent weeks, I have been spending more time doing practices for hairdressing and less time on my English study.

Usually, I don't really feel like I have enough time for myself, so I try to spend my spare time more efficiently instead of being too lazy.

 

Today's gratitude diary.

I appreciate that I am so fulfilled by smelling the conditioner on my hands, strong and beautiful fragrance due to the long enough practice.

I am planning to practice my hairdressing skills more intensively and longer than now, I believe that's the only way to ease my anxiety and stress.

I started quite many things altogether this year, some plans are going on secretly, others are going on officially.

I am going to smash them all perfectly as I planned, hopefully.

I am a bit nervous but also I am raring to go.
