오늘은 당신에게 특별한 날이었나요, 아니면 일상적인 날이었나요?

 

It has been a special day today even though it doesn't seem like it.

Yesterday was my first day at the college so it was definitely a special day and super super exciting day but today was my day off and all the things were actually slow.

I was catching up on sleep and finished some tasks from my to-do list.

The tasks meant something for me so it was a pretty special day.

If it was just the day that I am working, coming back home, having nothing different, and doing some daily tasks as usual, that's all, I could say it would be a regular day for me, maybe, but I usually put meanings on the day even with small things so almost every day is usually special days.

Today has been a special day, because it is my birthday! Many of my friends got in touch to congratulate me. It was good to catch up with them.

오늘은 특별한 날이 아닌 것 같아보이지만 사실 특별한 날이었다.

어제는 컬리지에서의 첫 날이었기 때문에 누가봐도 확실히 특별한 날이었고, 또 매우 신나는 날이었지만 오늘은 쉬는 날이었고 모든 것이 느긋했다.

나는 밀린 잠을 보충했고 할 일 목록에 있는 몇 가지 큰 프로젝트를 마침내 끝냈다.

그 일들은 나에게 꽤나 의미가 있기 때문에 나에게 매우 특별한 날이었다.

만약 어떤 날이 그냥 일을 하고, 귀가하고, 아무 별다른 일이 없었고, 평소와 같은 일상 업무를 하는 그런 날이었다면, 그것이 나에게 있어서 아마 평범한 날이라고 말할 수 있었을지도 모르지만, 나는 보통 사소한 일에도 꽤나 의미를 두기 때문에, 보통은 거의 매일이 특별한 날이다.
