Q008. Is there anything that is just “non-negotiable” for you?

절대 ‘양보할 수 없는’것이 있나요?

 

I believe manners and respecting each other’s boundaries are the most important part in any relationship, not only for strangers but also for family and anyone you are close with.

This manner of thinking is the most non-negotiable thing in my life.

Since everyone has the right to be respected, of course I try to keep a good attitude with people too.

Being treated with proper manners and enough boundaries is definitely a basic right that everyone deserves.

When some unforgettable bad memories popped up in my head, I would still suffer with the wounds that some rude, ignorant and unsophisticated people left behind.

If I figure out someone is doing something wrong and offensive to me, I just choose to avoid and run away from it most of the time because my time is too precious to waste for it and I think that is the best way to eliminate bad things.

I always put effort into doing good things in my time instead of staying in a bad mood.

If I can't help it and really have to endure for some reasons like responsibility or my career, I just try to be silent or nicer, but then they start to show real faces more often.

This story would go too negative and remind me of the things I have to let go, so I will stop writing more about it.

For the author, a positive attitude is non-negotiable.

They believe it’s important to be positive, regardless of the challenges you face.

A negative attitude only makes things worse!

I also agree with them and try to keep a positive mind for my health consciously.

Avoiding rubbish, staying in a good mood and being grateful for all the small happy things day by day would definitely help me be happier.
