What makes you get up in the morning?
아침에 일어나는 이유는 무엇입니까?

My fitness goals tracked on my phone push me out of bed each morning, but basic needs and planned tasks also contribute to my motivation.

핸드폰에 기록되는 운동 목표가 매일 아침 저를 일어나도록 만듭니다. 하지만 생리현상과 계획된 일정 등도 또한 일어나게 만드는 이유에 포함됩니다.

What makes you get up in the morning?

 

Recently, the primary factor that motivates me to get out of bed in the morning is my fitness goals, which I track using a smartphone application.

My workout routine not only benefits my physical health but also contributes to my mental well-being, as achieving my daily fitness targets gives me a sense of accomplishment and boosts my self-confidence.

 

While thirst, hunger, and other physiological needs are significant factors that prompt me to wake up, my workout goals have become an even stronger motivator.

Even if I've had only a few hours of sleep, I still make it a priority to get up and work out to meet my daily targets.

 

Additionally, there are other reasons that encourage me to rise in the morning.

For example, I might wake up to retrieve parcels that have just arrived or to attend to tasks I've planned for the day.

Engaging in these activities helps me stay productive and motivated throughout the day.

 

In summary, my fitness goals tracked on the smartphone app are the primary motivation for getting up in the morning.

However, other factors such as physiological needs, parcel deliveries, and planned activities also play a significant role in prompting me to start my day on a positive note.
