What do I worry about that is outside of my control?

Recently, I was worried about a flooding disaster around the area I live in.
People around me lost their houses, got flooded or got isolated and also they  had no transportation, no power, no water and lots of inconvenience.
We can’t control disasters, accidents and sudden events but we can prepare or recover.
