My happy place is either relaxing at home or lying by a sunny beach.

제가 행복한 장소는 집에서 편하게 쉬고 있거나, 햇살 좋은 해변가에 누워 있는 것입니다.

Close your eyes and go to your happy place. Where is that?

 

For me, the first image that comes to mind is my home.

It’s where I feel the most relaxed, safe, and comfortable.

At home, I can be myself without any pressure.

I imagine myself lying on the couch, wrapped in a soft blanket, maybe with some gentle music playing in the background.

It’s peaceful and quiet, and I can take deep breaths and let go of all stress.

 

Another happy place I often imagine is by the beach.

I see myself lying on a sunbed near the ocean, listening to the sound of the waves.

The sky is clear, the sun is shining, and there’s a gentle breeze in the air.

The warmth of the sun on my skin makes me feel calm and refreshed.

I can hear seagulls in the distance and feel the soft sand between my toes.

 

Since I love warm and sunny weather, I often imagine being in places where the weather is just right, not too hot, not too cold.

It could be a tropical island, a quiet beach, or even a peaceful garden in summer.

The important thing is the feeling, warmth, peace, and comfort.

There’s no rush, no noise, no worries.

 

In my happy place, I don’t have to do anything.

I can just rest, enjoy the moment, and feel truly free.

Whether it’s at home or by the beach, my happy place is somewhere I feel completely at peace with myself.

That’s the place I always go to in my mind when I need to feel better.
