What is the first thing you did when you got up this morning?

 

This morning, I got up from the alarm I set last night and turned the alarm off.

That was the first thing, and then I made my bed and brushed my teeth.

I usually check my memo app and that's the first thing I do when I wake every morning.

I mainly check my to-do list on the day and write down something like the time I woke up, some floating ideas in my head, etc on the app.

I sometimes don't check my phone, make my bed first and go to the bathroom first to get ready for my work.

One thing I should resume is listening to my self affirmation audios that I recorded in English and Korean, recently I haven't listened to those for a while.
