Favorite sport

 

My favorite sport is swimming, and I also really enjoy riding a bicycle.

I’ve never been great at sports that involve balls, like soccer, basketball, or tennis.

Maybe it’s because I’m not very competitive or quick with my hands, so those kinds of sports never felt natural or fun for me.

Instead, I feel more comfortable with activities that have a steady rhythm and allow me to move at my own pace.

That’s why I love swimming the most.

 

There is something so calming and refreshing about being in the water.

When I swim, I can leave behind all the noise, stress, and distractions of daily life.

It becomes just me, the water, and the quiet sound of my breathing.

I enjoy how swimming gives me a good full-body workout without being too hard on my joints.

Even after a long swim, I feel more relaxed and mentally clear, not exhausted.

I usually swim for the peacefulness it brings rather than for speed or competition.

It’s a moment where I can just focus on my movement and feel present.

 

I also enjoy cycling, especially when I ride in a peaceful area or along a scenic path.

Feeling the wind on my face and moving freely makes me feel light and free.

It’s not just exercise for me, but a way to clear my mind and feel more connected to myself.

 

Both swimming and cycling help me stay healthy, reduce stress, and bring joy to my daily life.

They are more than just sports to me.

They are activities that make me feel alive and balanced.
