Do you have the right friends?

 

Luckily, I do believe I still have the right friends in my life.

I don’t have a large circle of friends, and honestly, many of my old friendships have slowly faded over time.

Some friends grew apart naturally, and a few simply became distant as our lives went in different directions.

 

It used to make me feel sad, especially when I noticed that people I once talked to everyday were no longer part of my life.

But over time, I came to understand that this is a normal part of growing up.

Not all friendships are meant to last forever.

Some people are only present in your life for a certain season, and that is completely okay.

 

What matters more to me now is not the number of friends I have, but the quality of the connection we share.

I’m grateful that I still have a few people I can truly trust.

They are the kind of friends who check in on me, listen without judgment, and celebrate my small wins with genuine joy.

Even if we don’t talk every day, I know they care and will be there when I need them.

 

These friendships feel more grounded and real.

There is no pressure to constantly impress each other or compete.

We give each other space to grow, and we also show up when it matters most.

That kind of friendship brings comfort and stability, especially in a world that is always changing.

 

So yes, I still have the right friends in my life.

Although I have lost some along the way, I have learned that it is okay to outgrow relationships that no longer align with who I am.

The few close friends I have now are more than enough, and I feel truly thankful for them.
