It's good to have someone to talk to, but sometimes I just keep things to myself.
누군가와 이야기할 수 있는 건 좋지만, 때로는 그냥 혼자서만 간직할 때도 있습니다.

Do you have someone to talk about your worries?
Fortunately, I do.
I have a few people in my life I can turn to when I need to talk about what's on my mind.
Knowing that there is someone who is willing to listen and understand without judgment is something I really appreciate.
It makes a big difference just having that kind of support, even if the person can't offer a solution.
At the same time, I don’t always share everything that bothers me.
Sometimes, I find it easier to keep things to myself, especially when I feel that the worry is something small or too personal.
In those moments, I prefer to write things down in a notebook or on my phone.
Writing helps me organize my thoughts, calm down, and see things from a clearer perspective.
It's like letting the stress out without needing to say it aloud.
I also think that not every worry needs to be shared.
Some problems feel too complicated to explain, or I don’t want to burden others with my issues, especially if they’re going through their own tough times.
There’s a balance between seeking support and protecting your own space as well as the space of others.
Still, having someone to talk to is truly comforting.
It reminds me that I’m not alone, even when things get tough.
Whether I choose to talk or stay quiet, just knowing that I have the option is a source of strength.
