Am I being loved?

I feel loved, but even if I didn’t, giving love to others can help fill that gap.

저는 사랑받고 있다고 느끼지만, 만약 그렇지 않더라도 다른 사람에게 사랑을 주는 것이 그 빈자리를 채울 수 있다고 생각합니다.

Am I being loved?

 

Yes, I do feel loved, and I’m lucky to have that.

If I had to say no, it would be a little sad.

But even if you don’t feel loved at times, there are ways to deal with that.

For some, religion can help you feel supported and cared for when you're feeling alone.

Relying on faith or God can give you a sense of strength and love, even if it doesn’t come directly from other people.

It’s a way to find mental and emotional support during tough times.

 

There’s a well-known phrase that says, “All you need is love,” and while that’s true in many ways, what happens if you don’t feel loved at the moment?

In those situations, I believe you can take control by giving love first.

Instead of waiting to be loved, try spreading love to others.

When you show kindness, care, and compassion, it often creates a feeling of connection, and love tends to come back to you naturally.

And even if it doesn’t, giving love can still be fulfilling on its own.

It helps you feel positive, purposeful, and connected to others, which can fill the gap when you’re not feeling loved by someone else.

 

So yes, I do feel loved, and I’m grateful for that.

But even if I didn’t, I think there are ways to find love by giving it and through the small acts of kindness we can offer to others.

Love doesn’t always have to come from outside.

Sometimes, it can come from within.
