The last time my heart skipped a beat was quite some time ago, and I can't recall the exact moment.

These days, my life is routine and calm, with no big surprises or events that make my heart race.

 

Reflecting on past moments, it was usually thrilling or startling experiences that caused my heart to skip.

Receiving unexpected good news, like a job offer or a surprise visit from a loved one, brought excitement and joy.

On the other hand, sudden fear or shock, like narrowly avoiding an accident, also made my heart race.

 

Lately, my days have been steady and predictable.

I wake up, follow my morning routine, attend to work or studies, and spend time with loved ones.

This consistency brings comfort and stability, with fewer unexpected events.

 

I find happiness in small, peaceful moments like reading, or heartfelt conversations with friends.

These don't make my heart skip, but they warm it steadily.

 

I look forward to future moments that might bring that exhilarating feeling back.

Life is full of surprises, and I'm sure there will be more instances when my heart skips a beat.

Until then, I'm enjoying this calm phase and finding joy in the steady rhythm of daily life.
