Have you ever talked to yourself as if there was a real person?
실제 사람이 있는 것처럼 혼잣말을 해본 적이 있습니까?

I talk to myself when startled, but usually express my thoughts through singing or recording, which helps me grow and feel better.

Yes, I might have talked to myself accidentally when I was startled or shocked.
