To improve my sleep, I keep a regular schedule, create a relaxing bedtime routine, and avoid screens before bed.

This helps me unwind and prepare for restful sleep, making it a healthy coping strategy.

 

Journaling is another effective way I cope.

Writing down my thoughts and feelings provides a safe space to express emotions and reflect on experiences.

When I'm struggling, putting things into words helps me gain clarity and perspective.
