I want to learn English now, though I used to study Japanese. While I still like other languages, English is my priority for education and career. If I have time later, I might revisit Japanese.

예전에는 일본어를 공부했지만 지금은 영어를 배우고 싶습니다. 여전히 다른 외국어들을 좋아하지만, 교육과 직업에 있어서 영어가 우선입니다. 나중에 시간이 된다면 일본어를 다시 공부할 수도 있습니다.

What is the language you want to learn?

 

At this point, my primary focus is on mastering the English language.

While in the past, I harbored aspirations of learning multiple languages, my current goal is to deepen my proficiency in English.

 

During my teenage years, I was captivated by the Japanese language and devoted three years to studying it.

However, as time passed, my focus shifted, and I gradually forgot much of what I had learned.

Despite this, my interest in languages such as Japanese, Chinese, French, Spanish, and German remains.

 

Although these languages continue to intrigue me, I have made a conscious decision to concentrate solely on enhancing my English skills to a higher level.

English proficiency is essential for various aspects of my life, including education, career opportunities, and communication with people from diverse backgrounds.

 

However, if I find myself with spare time or renewed motivation to explore another language, Japanese and French are the top contenders.

I have a particular fondness for movies in these languages, and delving into their linguistic intricacies would not only be intellectually stimulating but also enrich my cultural appreciation.

 

In essence, while my language-learning journey may have begun with a broad spectrum of interests, my current priority is to elevate my English proficiency.

Nonetheless, I remain open to the possibility of exploring other languages in the future, driven by curiosity and a passion for cultural exploration through language.
