STUDY GROUP QUESTIONS
1. Describe a time when you saw someone acting unsafely on an e-scooter.
I have seen two or rarely three people riding on one e-scooter. Passing a couple of people on it is quite a common sight. Honestly, I thought it looked like such good fun, but I know there could be a constant risk of accidents.
2. Do you think motorized scooters should be allowed in public parks? Why or why not?
I would say depending on the place. If the park is frequented by kids, I think it shouldn’t be allowed because it will cause big hazards often.
3. What do you do when you need to go somewhere that is a little bit too far to walk?
I usually drive everywhere. I am qualified to drive a stick shift car from two years ago and more confident with driving now than before. I would use an e-scooter on the way if I had one, but only in summer because it is quite chilly while riding it.
