Do you have someone to talk about your worries?
Yes, luckily I have someone to talk to about what I am worried about.
I usually talk to Isaac about almost everything, but sometimes I talk to my older sister about my worries.
I usually write down what I am stressed or concerned about and try not to express everything, because I don't want to spread negativity to everyone every single time.
After I write down everything that I can, I read through it all as if the story is not mine but someone else's.
It actually helps me a lot to see things in a third party and not be overwhelmed by my worries.
Today's gratitude diary.
I feel like I was really calm and had a peaceful mind today, and I accomplished many things as planned.
Writing things down is always helpful to organize all the floating ideas and plans in my head, and I am quite satisfied with what I have done today.
