Do you have recent difficulties?
I was thinking I have been super exhausted without specific reasons.
Actually, all the symptoms and conditions have very clear reasons and they are mainly physically tiring works I have been enduring.
I have been sleep deprived and also I have had some drinking sessions until late.
My muscles were screaming to my brain that I need a good rest but I haven't had enough rest.
That was the recent difficulties I have.
It's still going on but I have recovered a lot for now.
