What do I need to say that others have left unspoken?

 

Nothing. Just letting it be and minding your own business will be the best option for it.

I don't even really understand the question to be honest.

More and more people leave others unread or ignored on purpose.

It's commonly happening and I don't really focus on those situations and I also do the same.

If you meet the situation in person, you might feel really awkward.

I would try to get out of those uncomfortable situations if I can, and just spend time happier and in more productive way instead of putting me in negative feelings.
