What are some of your coping mechanisms? Are they healthy for you?
Taking deep breaths, listening to my favorite songs, focusing on something I can forget things, and spending time with recovery sleep enough help me as my coping mechanisms.
They are pretty healthy and good for me.
I used to play games a lot as one of my coping mechanisms but I found it was quite a waste of my life.
Playing games will be still very helpful to forget hardships and things but I won't be that into games anymore since I have many things I am responsible.
