This question sounds a bit weird and I think they could have done a more proper way to ask this.
I truly love myself and of course, I am able to compliment myself as far as I can and would never get sick of it but I don't usually follow something suspicious or uncomfortable when I don't really have to.
The person who suggested this question needs to learn how to make a question in the right way first.
