How to not be so irritable is that you just focus on what you think it's important to you.
You can think about 20 years later yourself after the irritating situation.
Usually, it will become nothing 20 years later so you can easily think about it as minor stuff or nothing.
I was unwell last night after dinner having nausea and skin irritation.
When your stomach is well and you have had enough sleep, you can handle any situation better.
I wanted to finish some specific tasks for Monday but I couldn't even have a chance to have a look until now.
Tomorrow is my day off so I am going to smash all of them after work.
I am still thinking about what I can do for all the group chats I am managing and what I can do better for my career and times.
The number of members is not the matter, I wish it can become more useful and helpful for more people.
For now, I still use the best strategy of all, which is "let it be" with the things, but I am not very happy with it so I am still considering the different plans.
