True. You need to start doing it if you want to be great at it.
If you keep postponing to start, it only delays your achievement.
I am quite brave to start so I would say that you keep doing it is as important as just getting started.

I don’t think I have at the moment.
Maybe some unsatisfaction or complaint about their shortcomings would be the thing I could be afraid to tell them.
