What do I randomly find myself thinking about?

This morning when I was on the way to work while a severe thunderstorm was going on, one thing just popped up in my mind.
I really like Yuna Kim, figure skater and gold medalist from South Korea. When she was receiving the interview, she was asked about what she thinks when she doesn't feel like doing practice. She answered ‘I just do it. Don’t have much idea.’ I thought that was a cool answer.
I am trying to not think much and finish my plans, what I have to do with an empty head. I was impressed by her mindset and wanted to follow her way.
Mostly, negative ideas popping up in your head would easily disappear when you think about good things.
I always have a lot of things going on in my head but this solution always works.
