1. What do you do to make yourself feel better when you are depressed?
I enjoy singing whenever I have some free time. When you are depressed, this actually helps a lot to make yourself feel better.
Singing out loud gives you a chance to express your stress out, so this could bring you very immediate results.
A few years ago, when I had sort of PTSD, I could hardly sleep for a couple of months, but one day I had a chance to shout songs out for several hours and then I slept really well all night after that.
2. Do you ever experience mood swings? Describe what it feels like.
Yes. I have had mood swings a lot. It usually happens when someone I care about becomes really rude or disrespectful towards me, then I get really upset and I feel like I am out of control.
3. Share some tips for maintaining good mental health.
An orderly lifestyle is very helpful for maintaining good mental health. We need to sleep well, eat well, and play well in regular patterns. These life patterns are good for your day-to-day life.
Also, you need to remember that you always need some time to look after yourself or fill yourself with some positive energy very consciously.
