Is there any activity that you are doing only for yourself?

 

Yes, there are two activities that I do purely for myself, my daily English study routine and swimming.

These are things I dedicate time to every day, not because of external pressure or expectations, but because they are important to me and bring me personal satisfaction.

 

Studying English has been a long-term commitment.

It is something I started for practical reasons, but over time, it has become a personal journey that I truly enjoy.

I follow a structured routine, making sure to practice every day without skipping, no matter how busy I am.

This routine is important to me because it helps me improve continuously, and I feel proud of my progress.

Unlike studying for a test or an obligation, this is something I do entirely for my own growth and personal fulfillment.

 

Swimming is another activity that I do entirely for myself.

It is not just a form of exercise, but also a way to clear my mind and feel refreshed.

The moment I step into the water, I feel a sense of calm and focus.

It is one of the rare times in my day when I don’t have to think about anything else, just my movements and breathing.

Swimming makes me feel strong, both physically and mentally, and it’s something I truly enjoy.

 

Both of these activities are things I do purely for my own happiness, improvement, and well-being.

They are not for anyone else’s approval or expectations, and that’s what makes them special to me.
