Is there any exercise that you do regularly?

 

Yes, I’ve been swimming every day since last January.

It has now been over a year, and during this time, I’ve learned all four strokes and improved my technique in turns as well.

 

Lately, I’ve been focusing on butterfly stroke, working on swimming longer distances and improving my breathing timing.

It’s a challenging stroke, but I enjoy pushing myself and seeing progress.

Mastering butterfly requires strength and endurance, which makes it even more rewarding.

 

I plan to continue my daily swimming routine for a long time because it has become such an essential part of my life.

Even on days when I can’t swim due to special occasions, I make sure to stay active by doing other exercises like cycling or deadlifts.

Keeping my body moving and maintaining consistency in my workouts is important to me.

 

Swimming has had a huge impact on both my physical and mental health.

It helps me stay fit, focused, and refreshed.

More than just a workout, swimming is something I genuinely enjoy and look forward to every single day.

It keeps me motivated, and I love the sense of accomplishment and relaxation it brings.
