Do you love yourself?

 

Yes, I love myself, whether I feel proud of myself or not.

Self-love isn’t about always feeling confident or perfect.

There are times when I lose confidence or struggle with self-esteem, but that doesn’t mean I don’t love myself.

Everyone has moments of doubt, and I believe it’s natural to feel that way sometimes.

What matters is how I treat myself during those times.

Instead of being too harsh, I try to support myself with kindness and compassion.

 

I always root for myself, no matter what challenges I face.

I remind myself that I am doing my best and that every step forward counts.

Even when things don’t go as planned, I try to focus on what I’ve learned rather than what went wrong.

 

I truly believe that self-love is essential for a good quality of life.

When I take care of myself I feel more balanced, motivated, and happy.
