Recently, I haven't cried, but I've been focusing on positivity and laughter instead of dwelling on negatives or feeling pressured to suppress tears.

최근에는 운 적이 없다. 하지만 부정적인 것에 관심을 두지 않고 눈물을 억지로 참는 것에 부담을 갖지 않는다. 그 대신 나는 긍정적인 마음가짐과 자주 웃는 것에 집중한다.

What's made you cry recently?

 

Not really, I can't recall shedding tears in recent days.

I don't believe there's anything wrong with crying when it's necessary.

I don't feel pressured to hold back tears when I feel the need to let them out.

It seems like it's been quite some time since I last cried for a specific reason.

The most recent instance I can recall was while reading a book that stirred my emotions.

The book contained some profoundly touching quotes that brought a slight welling of tears to my eyes, though they weren't intense emotional tears.

 

Lately, I've been making a conscious effort to focus on the positive aspects of life and to laugh more.

I believe it's crucial not to get too entangled in the negative aspects of life, as allowing ourselves to become overwhelmed by sadness or frustration isn't conducive to our overall mental health and well-being.

 

As human beings, we all experience ups and downs.

However, I firmly believe it's essential to find healthy ways to navigate through those challenging moments and not allow them to overshadow our lives.

That's why I've been concentrating on seeking out the positives and finding reasons to laugh.

It's not always an easy task, but I believe it's definitely worth the effort.

 

So, to answer the question, I can't recall the last time I cried for a specific reason.

However, I do remember feeling emotional while reading a book.

And I've been actively working on focusing on the positives and finding laughter in life.

It may be challenging at times, but the rewards are certainly worth it.
