Although I am receptive to receiving constructive feedback and am willing to accept criticism myself, I feel uneasy about offering it to others.

This hesitation is particularly pronounced when I don't feel closely connected to the individual, as I fear that my words may be misconstrued or could strain our relationship.

 

However, I understand the significance of honesty and open communication in fostering strong relationships and nurturing a supportive community.

I don't want to withhold my genuine thoughts and feelings, especially if they could aid someone's personal growth and development.
