Is there any exercise that you do regularly?
Regular exercise has become an important part of my life, as it helps me maintain a healthy lifestyle and improves my overall wellbeing.
I find that engaging in regular physical activity not only keeps me in shape, but also has a positive impact on my mental health.
One of the exercises that I have been doing regularly is swimming.
I started swimming every day in January and have been tracking my progress using the iPhone Fitness application.
This app has been incredibly helpful in keeping me on track and motivated, as it allows me to track my progress and earn rewards in the form of cute badges.
Five years ago, I took swimming lessons from a personal trainer and enjoyed a slow but steady improvement in my skills.
However, due to the pandemic, I had to stop my swimming routine for a while.
But this year, I finally resumed my swimming journey, as it had been on my wish list for a long time.
My initial goal was to learn some useful swim skills, mainly headup swimming, and I am happy to say that I have been able to master all the stroke styles except butterfly, which is currently what I am working on.
Swimming has become a great way for me to control my emotions and motivation, as well as a refreshing way to start my day.
In addition to swimming, I am also planning to incorporate other forms of exercise into my routine, such as ballet, yoga, or Pilates, which are all great for building core strength.
Overall, regular exercise has become an essential part of my life, and I am committed to maintaining a healthy lifestyle through physical activity.
