What is depression like?

 

Depression is a mental health disorder that affects people in various ways.

It can be challenging to describe, as everyone's experience is unique.

Some common symptoms include feeling sad, hopeless, or numb for an extended period, losing interest in previously enjoyed activities, difficulty sleeping or sleeping too much, fatigue, difficulty concentrating, changes in appetite, and thoughts of self-harm or suicide.

It can be a tough and overwhelming experience, and it's essential to seek professional help if you or someone you know may be struggling with depression.

 

In my opinion, depression is a condition in which life becomes difficult to sustain due to various forms of violence or loss of hope.

Everyone already knows what a slight depression feels like, as it's similar to catching a cold.

Life can be challenging or harsh on us sometimes, causing us to feel sad or hopeless for longer than expected.

I believe that anyone experiencing depression needs professional help or support from others, as it's not easy to handle on your own.

If it's hard to get help from others, I recommend writing down everything in your mind first.

It might be a difficult process, and you might cry or become more emotional during it, but it can be helpful.

 

Today's gratitude diary.

I am grateful that I could enjoy a lovely meal and have some relaxing time.

Although I still have four more exams and many plans ahead, I feel much more relaxed and relieved.
