Is giving second chances worth it?
It depends.
Personally, I believe in giving second chances because I would be grateful for a second chance if I were in the other person's shoes.
However, it's not always worth it to give second, third, or even fourth chances because it can be difficult for someone to change, and life is too short to wait for that change to happen.
When it comes to relationships, I would say it's best to be cautious and protect one's own well-being, so giving multiple chances may not be worth it.
That being said, in other situations, giving a second chance can be a kind and compassionate choice.
Today's gratitude diary.
This morning, I rushed through my daily routine after waking up in the middle of the night.
I accidentally skipped a portion of my practice and had to start over.
Despite this setback, I'm grateful for the time I have to complete my routine and for the opportunity to practice mindfulness and gratitude.
