Do you think people dislike you?
No, I don't think people dislike me.
In fact, I tend to assume that people like me because that's how I feel.
Of course, some people have a naturally grumpy demeanor or intentionally act mean, but I try not to take it personally and simply avoid them to save my time and energy.
If someone were to answer yes to this question, I would suggest that they might be projecting their own dislike of people onto others.
Of course, there are times when people might make me unhappy or I become an annoying person, but that's just a tiny part of who they are.
We don't need to dwell on the people who dislike us because our time is too precious to waste.
Today's gratitude diary.
I'm happy that I've had a really interesting and fulfilling week, despite it being quite hectic.
I'm also grateful that I've been able to successfully pursue some of my more challenging goals.
