Yes, twice a day, because I have to walk my dog. I love walking with him because he is full of joy when he realizes it's time for his walk.

My answer to this question.

No, I don't really go for walks and I can't even remember when was the last time I actually made time for a walk.

I don't have a dog that I can walk with but I wish I have one, one day.

One of my previous colleagues asked me to walk in the park every morning last year but I couldn't join her because it was a freezing cold winter.

If I adopt dogs, I would like to have small dogs because I found that walking a big dog was actually quite hard and physically demanding.

I would like to ride a bicycle if I can make time for working out in the morning.

I prefer riding a bicycle or swimming in a pool to walking though, I agree walking in the park is definitely good for your health.

Today’s gratitude diary.

I appreciate finalizing the conflict which had been bothering me since last June, finally today.

It wasn't fully satisfying to be honest, but still, it was not a bad result at all.

I am grateful that I can keep moving forward doing what I am planning.

이 질문에 대한 나의 대답.

안 한다. 나는 산책을 잘 안 하고 언제 마지막으로 산책을 했는지도 기억이 안 난다.

같이 산책할 강아지가 없지만 언젠가는 있었으면 좋겠다.

작년에 예전 동료 중 한 명이 매일 아침 공원을 산책하자고 했지만, 너무 추운 겨울이었기 때문에 나는 그녀와 함께 할 수 없었다.

만약 내가 강아지를 입양한다면, 나는 작은 강아지를 키우고 싶다. 왜냐하면 큰 개를 산책시키는 것은 사실 꽤 어렵고 육체적으로 힘든 일이라는 것을 깨달았기 때문이다.

나는 아침에 운동할 시간이 있다면 자전거를 타고 싶다.

나는 걷는 것보다는 자전거를 타거나 수영장에서 수영하는 것을 더 좋아하지만, 공원에서 걷는 것이 확실히 건강에 좋다는 것에 동의한다.

오늘의 감사 일기.

지난 6월부터 나를 괴롭혀왔던 갈등을 오늘 드디어 마무리 짓게된 것에 감사하다.

솔직히 그렇게 만족스럽지는 않았지만 그래도 괜찮은 결과였다.

나는 내가 계획하고 있는 일을 계속해서 진행할 수 있다는 것에 감사하다.
